  The manager at that Southlake location always has the worst attitude. Went in there the other day and had an issue with and order and she told me to go home to contact corporate. Horrible customer service! I can never go to that location again.

  I have never seen anything like this before in any other NY & Co. ever. Every time I shop in this store, the lines are always so long, it's only ever 2 people working and it takes forever to make a purchase. I'm literally trying to make a purchase and have typed this review while standing in line! This is just ridiculous! I rather they were not even in the mall. It's stores that operate like this, that give this brand a bad reputation. I'm so ready for H&M in this mall.
