  I have an 11 and 12 yr old daughters and they love Claire's!!! I use to sit in the food court to wait on them while they shopped. I went in this day and the store was so upbeat clean and organized...staff was super friendly and Shonnon really made my day, and is the reason why I wont sit waiting for my girls to shop I'll be shopping too and with hopes of catching her there, very positive vibes...thanks for a great shopping experience...

  Hate that there's only one staff member that works there on lunchtime because on my breaks I wait in line so long I'm just putting my stuff up and leaving. I understand she was by her self but tending to the people getting ears pierced versus people standing in line waiting to pay for items is horrible customer service !!!!
